Can you withdraw money from Travelex?
With the travel card, you can enjoy fee-free cash withdrawals, load multiple currencies, and automatically transfer funds online. You can also use the Travelex travel exchange rate tracker to monitor and buy currencies to store in your travel card.
Your Travelex Money Card should work in any ATM displaying the Mastercard Acceptance Mark. If you're unable to withdraw cash at an ATM, check if you've got enough money on your card first, then call Card Services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
You can use any ATM that's accepts Mastercard. Fees will apply for every cash withdrawal. These fees are detailed online or on your welcome letter. Please be aware that some ATMs may also charge you and this should always be displayed on the ATM screen.
Arrive at the ATM and insert your bank card. Select a currency and check the exchange rate on the screen, along with the total amount you'll receive (you'll have the option to cancel your transaction at this step should you change your mind). Receive your currency and enjoy your trip!
