As a sales representative, you may sell products or services that are designed to help doctors’ offices and medical centers run more efficiently. This field is a good fit for people who have a background in sales and a desire to work with medical professionals. Your duties include meeting with customers, generating new business and managing existing accounts. Traveling is also a significant part of your job, particularly to meet with medical professionals at conferences and other gatherings. You’ll need to have a strong sales record and an aptitude for building long-term relationships with clients.
Technical Support
Technical Support helps keep Apple products running at peak performance, so customers can get back to what matters most to them. As a member of this team, you’ll use your people skills and problem-solving talent to help resolve customers’ issues swiftly and reconnect them with their favorite parts of the Apple experience. You may start as a Technical Specialist troubleshooting mobile products or become a Genius whose work includes more specialized repairs. No matter what role you take, you’ll be able to apply your passion for technology in a way that benefits the customer, your team, and your career.
You’ll also find opportunities to help develop AppleCare+ and AppleCare Protection Plan, which ensures that customers have long warranty and support eligibility periods and enhanced service experiences. You’ll work with global service and parts suppliers, build relationships with Apple Authorized Service Providers, and support program members and their service needs.
